Getting to know Amy Howard

Hello, and congratulations on taking the first step towards healing your mental health! My name is Amy Howard and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been working in the Mental Health field since 2012 with people of all ages. Throughout my career I have seen success in working with clients who often struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, Autism, and ADHD in a variety of formats such as individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. I believe everyone has the potential to do great things even when struggling with these diagnoses and it's my goal to walk with you through the tough challenges in order to reach your goals. In our journey together, we will work on gaining an understanding of symptoms, learning how to manage them, and then practice practice practice until it becomes part of your natural routine. We will do this by taking a holistic approach that connects your heart, mind, and body and create a space for healing, overcoming, and resilience. Some of my hobbies and interests include watching and playing sports, crafting, reading, video games, and anime. I look forward to working with you and hearing your story.
