What should a new client know about working with you?

I have over 30 years of experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan, specializing in anxiety disorders, depression, aging-related issues, and grief counseling. My eclectic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am licensed in both Arizona and California.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to work on. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you better, but you’re free to share only what you’re comfortable with. We’ll also go over how therapy works, confidentiality, and I will answer any questions you have. This session is about getting to know each other and seeing if it feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — we’ll take it one step at a time.
