Welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker; providing therapy to adolescents and adults. My approach is eclectic and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT; CPT; DBT; Motivational Interviewing; and goal-setting to help clients manage depression; anxiety; ADHD; stress; and challenges in relationships; school; or work. In our first session; you can expect a welcoming; nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace as we begin working together to achieve your goals.
