“It's easy to log into and access to video is step by step. Video quality is excellent so I can see and hear my counselor. Amy does a great job not only active listening but direction the topic when I get to rambling. She has many resources she uses to keep engagement at a premium. She is awesome!”

In her free time, Amy enjoys traveling, cooking, 90s music, semi-regular meditation, and attempting tree pose in yoga. After relocating back home from Chicago in 2021, she appreciates being near family and friends again.
