With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, in my professional journey I have worked in various settings, including Residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Outpatient Clinics and EAP. I have a special passion to working with first responders, teenagers and families, recognizing the unique challenges they face.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, I use a blend of humor, compassion, and empathy in my practice, creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their feelings and experiences. I draw from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic modalities, including, TF-CBT, AF-CBT and Motivational Interviewing to tailor my approach to each client's unique needs and preferences, promoting their mental and emotional well-being on their individuals toward greater mental well-being and resilience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I want to do my best to make the client feel as comfortable as possible. I respect the therapeutic space and am honored that clients choose to share their stories and journeys with me. I like to get to know my clients well to be able to have a holistic approach with them in sessions
