Psychotherapy can be one of life’s most fulfilling and valuable processes which is not only for periods of difficulty or crisis, but everyday stressors, relationships, parenting, and our sense of purpose and identity. As an experienced psychotherapist with a rich and varied skill set, I can guide you to find sources of strength and motivation within you, help you identify and shift patterns which no longer serve you, and be your ally through all the complexities and surprises we encounter in life. I create the environment for us to build a relationship which speaks to all the parts of you including those you may love as well as those you may try to hide. I provide both short term solution focused treatment as well as more in-depth psychodynamically oriented psychotherapy. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, stress, depression, addiction issues including gambling addiction, personality disorders, and mental illness. I earned my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University an 1993, and my Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from The University of Arizona in 2021. I am licensed as an LCSW in the state of Colorado.
