Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, even when life looks “fine” on the outside? You’re not alone. Many adults seek therapy when stress, anxiety, or past experiences begin to weigh more heavily than expected. I work with adults who want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and gentle, with a strong focus on nervous-system regulation and trauma-informed care. What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is not about pushing or reliving pain. It’s about building stability, insight, and internal trust. I am certified in Brainspotting, EMDR-trained, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 trained attending Level 2 currently.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You lead, I follow. You are the boss. First sessions are generally getting to know each other and define the area to work on. We can talk about your history or what is showing up right now. Probably a little of both.
