I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker who has worked in the field since 1998. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion with a non-judgmental stance. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive. I am gentle, but direct in my approach and work to create a space that my clients and I can work together as a team. My therapy practice is built on personalized care to clients and committed to ongoing training and education to stay up to date on the latest research and techniques so the clients I work with receive the best care possible to support their well-being.
