My approach The basis of my approach is a client-centered focus. The most common theoretical approaches I use in my sessions are Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness-Based, Solution-Focused Therapy and Creative Therapy. My focus I can work with a wide variety of clients. I work with primarily clients facing: parenting issues, ADHD/focus problems, career/school problems, self-esteem issues, body issues, eating/food difficulties, divorce/partner problems, sexual problems, anxiety issues, grief/loss issues, My communication style I aim to create a supportive, empathetic, non-judgmental environment. When people work with me I want them to feel heard, and safe to openly share their thoughts and feelings with me. My goals for you I primarily use the SMART framework when setting goals with clients. We work together to make sure that goals are specific, measurable, relevant, and time-bound.
