As a psychotherapist, I’ve learned pain can be released, trauma can be resolved and healing is your birthright.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Trauma is my area of expertise, and informs my understanding of the world. This allows us to work at the deepest levels. Whether you’re experiencing new stresses, or are ready to address longstanding issues, psychotherapy will help us connect the dots of your history so that you can live life more effectively. What is your typical process for working with clients?

My style is typically casual and conversational, including taking your history over a series of sessions. Disclosing trauma history can be very difficult, and we can move at a pace that feels best and right for you. We usually are learning to build safety within the therapy room so you can also learn to build safety outside in your world before processing deeper issues.
