What should a new client know about working with you?

A new client can expect a warm, supportive, and non judgmental environment where they feel heard and respected. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process, and I tailor treatment to each person's unique experiences, goals, and strengths. My approach balances compassion with practical tools to help clients gain insight, build confidence, improve coping skills, and create meaningful change. And work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm and I strive to create a space where clients can safely explore difficult emotions while feeling empowered throughout the process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Early sessions focus on understanding your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Sessions often involve processing stressors, exploring thoughts and emotions, building insight, and developing practical coping skills. I primarily provide talk therapy and use evidence based approaches such as CBT, trauma informed care, mindfulness, and strength based techniques to support growth and lasting change.
