Throughout our lives, starting from childhood, we experience a variety of relationships that shape how we navigate interactions with others daily. I aim to help you find your best self, self-love, and the strength to take charge of your future. I strive to support you on the journey to a healthy life. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Southern University, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to guide you effectively through this healing process.
