I will never impose my values onto you. Rather, I will help you discuss and identify your values so that your decisions become more clear to you.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I provide feedback with tangible skills for you to utilize in your daily life to decrease your symptoms. I like to assign "homework" which is sometimes just something to think about throughout the week, or sometimes to try a skill in your daily life. This way you will make progress towards your goals rather than talking in circles each week.

However, if you do not have one of these insurances, or you do not wish to use your insurance, my out-of-pocket fee is $150 per session.
