I use a blend of techniques in order to focus on what helps you feel best supported at the time you need it. I work with youth and adults on everything from anxiety and depression to life transitions, self-esteem, identity, parenting, and relationship stress. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or in pain, we’ll work together to get you some relief and clarity—without judgment, and at your pace. My style is compassionate and authentic, and I provide a warm space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. I enjoy bringing curiosity, humor, and play into our work together.
