Whether you are facing ongoing stress or a rough patch, I am here to help you move forward. I specialize in family and marriage conflict, parenting skills, trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and more. I love to meet my clients where they are in life’s journey, as pre-teens, teenagers, or adults. I can help with the healing process and support emotions that arise through life’s many transitions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

All services are delivered via a HIPAA-compliant online therapy platform. I only offer Telehealth services. Telehealth has many benefits, including no travel time, no waiting room, flexible hours, and receiving support from the comfort of your own home.
