I work with adults at many stages of life who are navigating transitions, questions of identity, anxiety, depression, and experiences of grief or loss. In our work together, I center your lived experience, approaching our conversations with genuine curiosity and respect for what you’re carrying. Therapy is a collaborative space where your emotions-even the ones that feel confusing or “sticky”-are welcomed and explored at a pace that feels right for you.
I aim to offer a supportive, steady presence where you can reflect, process, and make sense of what’s been difficult. Together, we can explore ways of relating to work, family, relationships, and community that feel more aligned with your needs and values, helping you cultivate a greater sense of safety, clarity, and healing in your life.
I believe that for you to truly “come as you are” in the therapy space, it’s important for me to show up as my authentic self as well-someone who brings warmth, compassion, and a sincere interest in your story. Along the way, we may discover shared interests or moments of humor that remind us of our shared humanity and help make the work feel more connected and meaningful.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
I became a therapist because I've learned for myself how important it is to have someone I trust to hold space for me to process difficult or 'sticky' emotions. I want to help provide the same for you - to foster a feeling of safety and to help set the stage for your emotional healing, physical healing, and personal growth. I am authentic, compassionate, and resourceful. While we'll dig into the serious stuff for sure, my hope is to also help you find or relocate your joy.
