What should a new client know about working with you?

I have an eclectic approach to therapy as everyone deserves an individualized approach to care to share their unique story. We will work together with open communication as I want you to feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will be focused on getting to know you and your concerns. You determine the goals you have for therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing these with me. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
