My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own lived experience as a first-generation Palestinian navigating cultural differences alongside mental health. These experiences shaped my lens of therapy, deepening my commitment to this work and the ways in which I approach therapy. Every session is a judgment-free, culturally informed space, and I bring an open-minded, expansive perspective to each one. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Getting to the heart of who you are and what you carry is something I'm genuinely passionate about. Together, we'll draw on your strengths to empower you toward positive change and new perspectives. In our sessions, you can expect grounded, warm, and open environment where there is plenty of space to process whatever is most important to you. Through free association, deep listening, and co-regulation, we work together to help you reconnect with yourself and gain insight into the patterns that may be shaping your experience, often beneath the surface.
