I’m an LCSW returning to practice after many years. I previously specialized with adolescents working in an agency that provided multiple services to teens and their families. I believe that so many of us struggle with life’s transitions and challenges and I would like to provide counseling support to help develop and strengthen coping strategies and to assist clients in thriving. As a senior with life experience, I believe we all have great potential at any age and deserve to live life fully and unapologetically.
