Hello, I'm Amy, and I would love the opportunity to support you with whatever you are experiencing?or not experiencing?in your life. I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques that include empowerment and mindfulness. Together, we can identify what's working and/or not working for you, then get you where you want to be personally, as a couple, or as a family. If you're new to therapy, I appreciate how difficult it is to schedule that first appointment, and I'm here to make that as easy as possible. A little about me: I lost a young child and went through a divorce. I utilized several wonderful therapists and then went to Indiana University, where I earned my Master's in Social Work to become a therapist myself. I have a wonderful husband and a large blended family. I look forward to learning from you, and I hope we get to work together!

You are in control of our time together, what would you like achieve? I hope that you and I are are able to identify some clear goals together and I will assist you in attaining them. I hope you leave our time together feeling supported, encouraged, motivated and accomplished.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
