I most frequently take a creative and collaborative approach with you to make positive changes, believing that setting goals and maintaining balance in life is part of the journey. I use Expressive Art Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My focus I have extensive experience working with children and adults, including military families. I support individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and life stressors, helping them navigate difficulties and develop a more positive outlook on life. My journey to mental healthcare I’ve always had a passion for helping others. I started out working with children, which sparked my interest in the mental health field. I continued my education at Argosy University, where I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Over the years, I have gained experience working with a diverse population. I enjoy when others come to me to talk about the hardships they are experiencing and being able to provide them with feedback and guidance.
