What should a new client know about working with you?

I have extensive experience with depression, anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism, and self-injurious behaviors. My focus is on childhood and generational trauma in individuals. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet each client's needs, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt, Adlerian, and more.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients can expect to leave each session with a deeper understanding of themselves, feeling both heard and supported. Together, we’ll work through challenges, uncover strengths, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward. You’ll walk away feeling empowered, with greater clarity and tools that you can use in your daily life. My goal is to ensure that you feel validated in your experiences and confident in your ability to navigate whatever comes your way.
