Getting to know Ana Boise

I enjoy working with people to help them build a strong sense of self, encourage their confidence in relationships, and foster a sense of calm and security in their everyday life. I also find fulfillment in helping parents navigate the many challenges that come our way. I believe people seek therapy for many reasons: adjusting to a new city or life situation, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, or facing problems in relationships. Counseling is a process that most of us can benefit from at different stages in life, as it offers an outsider's perspective on the events we encounter daily in a nonjudgmental way. I hold a Master's degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support individuals and families effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me should enable you to understand your emotions and be able to have a better idea of what it's like to live in a place where you are not battling something unseen. You should be able to understand things like healthy boundaries, self-care and how to regulate your emotions.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
