Using a CBT framework, clients focus on understanding how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My communication style I communicate in a warm, nurturing and supportive way, creating a safe setting where clients feel secure and respected. I am emphatic, nonjudgemental, strength based, gentle yet direct, emotional validated and goal oriented. My journey to mental healthcare Working in social work field for many years allowed me to witness the strength and resilience people carry, even during life’s most difficult moments.
