I offer a supportive space to untangle old narratives, build boundaries with care, and reconnect with your sense of self, beyond roles, pressure, and past experiences. My communication style I aim to create a space where open, honest communication feels safe and supportive. From the beginning, we’ll identify how we want to communicate with each other—balancing emotional safety with healthy boundaries—to model what safe, respectful relationships can look like. I invite clients to check in often about what’s working and what’s not, and to share what they’d like more or less of. I tend to be honest and direct, while remaining gentle and empathetic. I also gently challenge my clients to support growth and change, and I welcome that same feedback from them as we build a collaborative, trusting relationship.
