Hi, I'm Lettie.

I have worked with clients who have sought help for a range of life's challenges including anxiety, relationship issues, work challenges, and anger issues. It is important to me to develop a strong rapport with my clients. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion.
I hold a Bachelor's degree and an MEd in Counseling and Guidance from the University of Texas, Rio Grande Valley. It takes real courage and commitment to seek a more fulfilling life and to take those first steps toward change. If you are ready to take those steps, I am here to listen and guide you through that journey.
Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and empower you to heal and grow.

What should a new client know about working with you?
After identifying the goals you wish to accomplish, we will identify the order in which you want to tackle each goal. There will be in-depth conversations, as well as, check-ins to assess your overall wellness. Depending on the issue that brings you to counseling, we will focus on psychoeducation, which will include strategies for you to implement in your daily life with family, friends, and/or coworkers.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Ana Crixell is a great therapist. My issues have gotten significantly better since we started. She has provided me mamy tools to use during times of need. Without her help, I would not have improved, and my relationships would have suffered detrimentally. She is warm and welcoming, and it does not feel like "therapy" per se.
