What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in order to make meaningful change you should feel comfortable being fully yourself in sessions and feel understood. That's why I bring an anti-oppressive and Liberatory lens to all of my work and create a comfortable space for you to explore your feelings and behaviors free of judgement. I provide a collaborative approach that includes working with and changing thinking patterns, as well as somatic techniques, to bring relief to both body and mind.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first sessions are always focused on learning more about you and your needs, and from there coming up with a plan together about how I can best support you to meet your goals. Clients share that after our sessions they feel not just heard and understood but also compassionately supported to become more curious about themselves and their problems. They share coming away with greater awareness and understanding of their circumstances, and better prepared to take steps towards their own healing and growth.
