I bring a warm, intuitive energy to sessions and hold space for your full humanity-grief, joy, doubt, and everything in between. I believe healing is relational, and I show up with curiosity, compassion, and gentle challenge. Outside of therapy, I’m a playlist curator, a lover of Filipino comfort food, and a reflective soul who finds calm in quiet moments.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation through a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach. Drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based practices, I integrate evidence-based care with cultural humility and spiritual sensitivity. My work blends clinical expertise with heartfelt connection, creating a space where clients feel empowered to heal and grow authentically. I am also pursuing a PhD in I/O Psychology at Capella University to further my practice.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I became a therapist because I believe healing is possible—and I want you to feel deeply seen, heard, and empowered in ours. In session, you can expect warmth, honesty, and a space where your pain is honored and your strengths are amplified. I’ll meet you with compassion and curiosity, and together we’ll navigate the hard stuff while building something resilient, meaningful, and uniquely yours.
