Anais is a warm, open minded and goal oriented woman. She will take the time to hear your story. She will be mindful of how your story can bring up uncomfortable feelings. Anais will empower you to be more authentic self in every aspect of your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Anais offers a free 15 minute phone consultation to gain an understanding on your motive to seek therapy. She will offer an initial appointment to further discuss your presenting stressor. Anais will gain some background information on yourself and your environment. She will work alongside you to create a clear goal on what to do in therapy. There isn't a one size fits all approach to your stressor. Anais will offer strategies and techniques that might be helpful to manage stressors.

Most relevant

I booked online and never received the link or any sort of communication to be able to log in for my appointment. I called the number provided to me an left messages and no reply. I was never seen, no way to cancel in ZOCDOC. Unsure if they are going to bill my insurance for an appointment that was never done.
