Anasia uses Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), CAMS, and CAMS-Teen to help young people address emotional distress, trauma-related concerns, and challenges affecting success at home, school, and in their communities. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, and case management. Outside of clinical work, Anasia enjoys exploring art as a healing tool, writing and appreciating poetry and spoken word, learning about dream interpretation, and spending time with her children, cats, and other animals. She advocates for foster care, affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ individuals, youth development, and equity and inclusion in communities.
