My name is Anastasia Sabga, I am an LCSW and a Florida native with Caribbean and Middle Eastern roots. I am a certified yoga teacher and a plant based eater. My passions include writing, hiking, biking, and reading. I identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community and welcome clients to come as they are. My work revolves around serving clients who struggle with their own sense of self, with family enmeshment, codependency, interpersonal issues, attachment wounds, and the spectrum of mood and personality struggles. I also work with couples and families whether it be through daily stressors, divorce, or addiction. I welcome anyone and everyone to my practice.
