What should a new client know about working with you?

Anxiety and depression are debilitating conditions that drain the vibrance out of life. They can make it difficult to function and manage daily tasks. The stress piles up and prevents us from feeling joy and well-being. I know firsthand how hard dealing with these issues can be. Together we can overcome the struggles and help you find relief.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Using a person-centered approach I establish trust and provide a non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. I’m well versed in Positive Psychology, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Motivational Interviewing. Past clients report gaining a better sense of self-understanding and relief from distressing symptoms. They describe my therapeutic style as empathetic, empowering, and motivational.
