I have been a social worker for over 10 years. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Boston College and am an LICSW in Massachusetts. I am also licensed in other states and have several years of experience in crisis counseling, helping people manage anxiety and depression.

I have two dogs, Brownie and Daisy. Being responsible for something that truly trusts you as its "person" is a wonderful feeling. Animals can be powerful coping skills!
