I am a licensed mental health therapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and older adults. My practice focuses on ADHD and executive functioning, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, couples and relationship concerns, sexuality and intimacy, aging-related transitions, and emotional well-being across the lifespan. I also provide affirming care for members of the LGBTQ+ community and offer services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I have a particular interest in helping individuals navigate life transitions and losses, including the death of a loved one, divorce, retirement, job loss, changes in health, and shifts in personal identity. My style is warm, direct, and practical. I take time to understand each client's unique experiences and strengths while providing evidence-based interventions tailored to their needs. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and build a life that feels more connected, balanced, and aligned with their values.
