What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a creative and person-centered approach to therapy. I believe in working with you - the individual - to find the unique form of expression that benefits you most. We can adapt our plan of care to serve your needs, strengths, and desires for treatment. Perhaps you've found yourself doubting your life's direction. My passion comes from helping my clients shape their own healing journey through a collaborative approach. Let's make a commitment to building up your true, authentic self so that you can move forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We can utilize art therapy, a more traditional talk therapy approach, or somewhere in between. The therapy process has the ability to help us communicate complex thoughts and emotions. It often serves as a catalyst for self-discovery and improved self-worth within all of us. That process promotes healing.
