With a Master's in Counseling from Central Washington University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Western Washington University, I hold a Washington State License in Mental Health Counseling. I've worked extensively with children, teens, and adults, specializing in adjustment issues, mood/anxiety disorders, behavioral challenges, attachment, family dynamics, identity, trauma, parenting, and mindfulness.
