I know it’s an overused question, but I want to know, how are you doing? How do you feel about yourself and your life? If you need support in healing from hurt and trauma, improving coping skills, and cultivating greater self-awareness and self-compassion, let’s meet. I work with individuals and couples to help explore and process their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs. If you are experiencing trauma, grief, life transitions, family of origin issues, relational issues, anxiety, and depression and want to be supported with empathy, unconditional positive regard, and curiosity, let’s meet. My clinical approach is rooted in gestalt and person-centered principles while incorporating mindfulness techniques, parts work, and somatic experiencing. In addition to being a psychotherapist, I have been in the healing arts for over 15 years and incorporate somatic and mindfulness techniques to help you achieve your goal.
