What should a new client know about working with you?

I have extensive training in various therapy modalities and work with many different issues. I specialize in working with high achieving individuals who struggle with imposter syndrome. I also specialize in working with OCD/ Illness anxiety and Sex therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You as the patient are the captain of the ship in therapy. I will come alongside of you as we explore different obstacles you are struggling with and offer insight and guidance. You are the author of your journey.
