I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University-Manila. Over the years, I have worked in many different clinical settings. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and a deep understanding of interpersonal familial relationships. I have experience leading clients through CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and strength-based approaches. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself on providing a safe and supportive space to work side by side to overcome traumas and barriers to success.
