I will support you on your journey to healing and better health. Each of us has unique needs along with inherent strengths and resources. I will help you tap into your own strengths and resources, support healing past traumas, and provide you with the tools for healing and self-discovery. Together, we will co-create a plan that allows you to regain control over your circumstances and feel positive about the future. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and older adults, with over 20 years in the field. I grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and have worked across multiple cultures. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas, Austin, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care tailored to your individual needs.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits
