Hello! I've been working with children and families since 2013 with a wide range of concerns including Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar, Depression, ADHD, ODD, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, Relationships, and Parenting. I have also helped many individuals that needed help coping with new or existing medical disabilities that caused major life changes. My counseling style is warm, person-centered, and holistic, incorporating various therapeutic models to best meet your unique needs. I believe that sometimes, having someone outside of your immediate circle can offer a fresh perspective and additional support. It would be my privilege to be that person for you.
