Getting to know Andrea Beaudoin
I may have evening or weekend sessions in addition to what is on my schedule. Book a session and then send me a msg if needed.
I work with women to shift limiting beliefs regarding self, relationships, healing the past. I am passionate about working with women to increase self-esteem, change the negative voices, heal limiting beliefs and promote self-discovery. I have a background working in healing modalities, as well as coaching. I often use IFS (working with parts). We may do inner child work, NLP, connect with different 'parts' of you, coaching, and heal past beliefs and emotions relating to trauma and other experiences, including EMDR.
I help you listen to body wisdom and see where you may choose to make changes. We will work on changing limiting beliefs and creating confidence and develop new coping skills so you can more easily create the life you want.

I help you discover what it is keeping you from the life you want. I specialize in helping you communicate with and heal wounded parts of your personality. I will help you help you heal past or current trauma and other issues that are creating obstacles in your life.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Andrea worked with me for about 3 months on self-esteem and self-acceptance. She is the kindest person; it's like having a friend and therapist in one! Andrea gives you time to think about what you need to say and assures you there are no wrong answers and no judgement! I have paused therapy for now because I am in a better place to tackle challenges, but I will definitely choose Andrea if I need some help again in the future.
