I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas in Denton. My therapeutic focus centers on a variety of women’s issues, including life transitions, relationships, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and grief. I have extensive experience working with anxiety and depression, as well as women experiencing postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression. I have supported mothers grieving the loss of their pregnancy, baby or child, and grown children. Early in my career, my therapeutic focus was working with adolescents across various settings, including substance abuse facilities, juvenile detention centers, inpatient mental health facilities, and public school systems. I have 12 years of experience working in the public school system as a general and special education counselor for students with behavioral difficulties. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to helping women evaluate and problem-solve, learn effective coping skills, and overcome challenges to be happy and successful across environments and relationships. My work with women is client-centered and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies. I would love to build a therapeutic partnership with you to help you find the peace, clarity, and purpose often sought through therapy. Thank you for exploring my profile as a potential provider.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Provider was 10 minutes late to video appointment and I had waited for 5 minutes before logging off. It was very unprofessional and only minimal communication was given. I’m pretty sad about it. It was our first appointment. No follow up message given even after I communicated to them what happen.
