I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with over 16 years of experience. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. It is my honor to assist you in navigating life's challenges and journeys. My expertise includes parenting skills, trauma, parent coordination, and divorce mediation. I am a certified EMDR therapist and divorce mediator. I have worked extensively with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and have collaborated with Juvenile Probation and Child Protective Services. I provide individual therapy for a range of life issues such as anxiety, mood concerns, self-esteem, ADHD, and support for children at risk. I have been married for 46 years and have two grown children and three grandchildren. Having faced many of life's challenges myself, I bring both professional knowledge and personal understanding to my work.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
