I primarily utilize gender-affirming Humanistic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions to provide support for individuals within the community. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals with physical and mental disabilities through my previous role as a VR Counselor. I also work with teens and children, specializing in child psychotherapy. With kids, I engage both the child and parent using behavioral techniques and play therapy. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida.
