What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and burnout. In addition, I work with couples and families going through divorce or struggling to blend families. I truly enjoy helping clients with significant life changes such as career changes and family life balance. You get to decide the pace of counseling and we work together to overcome the issues challenging you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

They last anywhere from 45-55 minutes and the first couple of appointments we spend time getting to know one another and making sure we will work well together. We will work towards the goals that you set for your counseling experience and work together either in a short-term solution-focused manner, or longer term talk therapy.
