Getting to know Andrea Howard

As a mental health therapist, I work with individuals of all ages, from children as young as five to adults, to address trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have a particular focus on trauma therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which I use to help clients find healing and achieve mental wellness. I have received training in DBT and The Living Legacy of Trauma and am committed to furthering my education in these areas. In addition to trauma work, I specialize in substance abuse, addiction, and adjustment disorders. I am passionate about helping individuals move toward the life they envision for themselves. I believe that mental health and a strong therapeutic relationship are essential to lasting healing and growth.
