My focus is to create a safe, supportive space where adolescents, and adults feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal and grow. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders, with additional experience supporting individuals navigating substance use and addiction. I am especially passionate about trauma therapy and helping clients move toward the life they envision for themselves. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized, with a strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed principles, including training in The Living Legacy of Trauma, to help clients develop healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional well-being, and create meaningful change. I believe lasting healing begins with feeling supported, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
