Because therapy has been a deeply life-changing part of my own Christian journey, I understand how much courage it takes to ask for help. I am especially passionate about walking alongside those who feel overwhelmed by doubt, trauma, anxiety, depression, confusion, questions about God, shame, grief, or other emotional struggles. I understand how heavy life can feel when you are simply trying to make it through each day, and I also know the hope and healing that can come with the right support. My goal is to help you move beyond survival and begin experiencing greater peace, freedom, and wholeness. I approach counseling with hope, authenticity, and compassion, offering care that is client-centered, non-judgmental, warm, and practical. I use an eclectic therapy model that allows me to personalize care to each client’s unique goals, needs, and thoughtfully integrate therapeutic approaches that best support emotional healing, spiritual growth, and lasting change. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported as we work together toward meaningful growth and lasting healing.
