What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to counseling values your authenticity & unique experiences. My passion & experiences are supporting those with challenges related to substance use, PTSD, trauma, ADD/ADHD, grief & self empowerment among other life stressors. I utilize components of EMDR & CBT helping you to improve your mental well being. I LOVE to see people succeed!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I understand the depths of heartache, grief, loss, anxiety, and depression, and I’m here to accompany you through those feelings. The first step can always feel frightening but, I will create a safe and welcoming space for you to tell your story, feel heard and heal along the way. We will walk the journey together and celebrate your accomplishments.
